By accessing the Site, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

policy Enterprise Compliance & Safety
Turbo Law maintains a Zero-Tolerance for Misuse policy. Any attempt to use the platform for fraudulent filings, unauthorized legal advice, or systemic data scraping will result in immediate permanent suspension without refund.
User Accounts & Security
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- shield_person Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
- notification_important Unauthorized Use: You agree to immediately notify Turbo Law of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Turbo Law and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Turbo Law. This includes all AI models, training sets, and proprietary algorithms used within the litigation platform.
Prohibited Conduct & Limitations
06. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Turbo Law, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
07. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
